Durability Guarantee
Every Rage Point product is covered by our Durability Guarantee for 90 days from delivery. If it breaks in normal play in that time, we'll send you a free replacement.
What's covered
- A flight that splits, cracks or tears during normal play.
- A shaft that snaps or bends during normal play.
- A thread that fails when the product is fitted correctly to a matching barrel.
- Any manufacturing fault.
What isn't covered
- Normal wear – gradual scuffing, fading, or flight edges that soften or curl with repeated use.
- Accidental damage away from the board – for example items that are dropped and trodden on, crushed in a case or chewed by pets.
- Misuse – cutting, heating or modifying the product, over-tightening with tools, or forcing it into a barrel with a different thread.
- Lost or stolen items.
What you get
A free replacement of the same product (or the closest equivalent if it's no longer available). We pay the postage on the replacement, and you don't need to send the damaged item back.
How to claim
- Email sales@ragepointsports.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a clear photo of the damage and a line on what happened.
- We reply within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) and post your replacement once the claim is approved.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it does not affect. If an item is faulty, you may also be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the law.
