1. About us

This website, ragepointsports.com, is operated by Rage Point Sports ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at sales@ragepointsports.com. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers in the UK.

2. Your order

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Products

We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

5. Delivery

Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are responsible for goods we supply being as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
