Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Rage Point Sports ("we", "us") runs ragepointsports.com. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the data controller.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.
- Order details: what you buy, order history, returns and communications with us.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Device and usage information: such as your IP address, browser and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences: if you sign up to our emails, including the sports you've asked to hear about.
How we use it, and why
- To process, deliver and support your order, and handle returns (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (to meet our legal obligations).
- To prevent fraud, keep our site secure and improve it (our legitimate interests).
- To send you marketing emails, only where you've agreed (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, Royal Mail and other delivery partners, email and analytics providers, and our accountants. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to make it work, remember your basket, and understand how it's used. Non-essential cookies are only used with your consent, which you can manage through the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email sales@ragepointsports.com.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
