Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs
- Orders of £15 or more: free UK delivery
- Orders under £15: £3.00 standard delivery
The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and sent by Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email sales@ragepointsports.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
